BB - NONE Quetzalcoatl 90WF
Silver Quetzalcoatl (Normal)Gold Quetzalcoatl (DS Version) |
Quetzalcoatl 90WF was originally a prize beyblade that you could win by beating the highest level of an arcade machine in Japan, or by trading in 5 Sub-license cards to a WBBA shop in Japan. It was later released in the Japanese Metal Fight Beyblade Game.
The Quetzalcoatl wheel was once considered one of the best attack-tier wheels, but now has since been outclassed like Lightning and Vulcan. Though this may seem to have good smash and upper attack, it actually doesn't, but does have moderate smash attack when in action. The 90 track is currently the second lowest track available in the new generation of Beyblades currently and is a very good alternative to 85 when in absence. The WF tip is has a wider base than a normal F tip and due to this, it moves much faster, but still can't beat the speed of an RF tip. It is a very good destablizer tip and is a good alternative to RF, or R2F when none are available to you. EVERY BLADER SHOULD OWN 1-3 OF THIS BEYBLADE, ASIDE FROM COLLECTION PURPOSES!!! Note: This beyblade does NOT appear in the anime, but in the Japanese Metal Fight Beyblade DS Game has a partner named Katol My Recommendation Rate: 75% |
Fusion Wheel: Quetzalcoatl
Silver Quetzalcoatl Wheel (Normal)Gold Quetzalcoatl Wheel (DS Version) |
Weight: 34.2 grams
Quetzalcoatl consists of two large wings which have a long slope upwards towards the top and then small curved slope downwards at the wings peak, along with two smaller protrusions on a slight incline in the gap between the wings. At first glance, the wings of Quetzalcoatl would appear to display both Upper Attack and also some slight Force Smash. Upon closer examination, however, it becomes clear that it displays neither of these traits in battle. In addition, the two protrusions between the wings do not protrude far enough to come into regular contact, and the Wheel itself is quite rounded, leaving it with only two major contact points and relatively moderate Smash Attack, when compared to Wheels such as Vulcan and Lightning that have since been released. Quetzalcoatl was once considered the best attack wheel available, but has since been outclassed by the two wheels above. |
Spin Track: 90
Light Blue 90 Spin Track (Normal)Purple 90 Spin Track (DS Version) |
Weight: 0.9 grams
The 90 track is currently the second lowest track up to date, it's rival being the 85 track. The lowness of this track make it very good for attack combos, but has ever since been outclassed by 85. This is an excellent alternative if 85 isn't available (85 is very rare, so not many people have it.) Beyblades that have this part: -Bakushin Susanoo 90WF -Quetzalcoatl 90WF |
Performance Tip: WF (Wide Flat)
Light Blue WF tip (Normal)Purple WF Tip (DS Version) |
Weight: 0.6 grams
The WF tip as it name suggests is a wider version of the F tip. It's significantly larger base or surface area allows it to have the ability to travel at a greater speed than F. However, it is slower than RF due to the tip being plastic, not producing a lot of friction between it and the stadium floor and also can't neutralize the recoil of certain Fusion Wheels as good as RF. This tip also has trouble making the sliding shoot pattern due to this. The advantage of having low friction though is that, it has greater stamina than most tips, allowing it to be a good destablelizer tip. This is the clear version.
