BB - 69 Poison Serpent SW145SD
Poison Serpent overall is a decent beyblade purchase. Just like Flame Libra and Thermal Pisces, it's parts are all outclassed except for the SD tip. First off the Poison Wheel has 15 blades which in the anime are to "shred" with them, but with the toy release this isn't true, so there is a fact, not all blade's performance are the same as the anime is. Getting back, the SW145 track is a gimmick track that uses the terms of "Attack" and "Defense" which makes no sense and will be explained in the SW145 Section below. Finally the SD tip is the Main and Top reason to purchase this blade, it is considered a top-tier stamina part, but can be obtained from the infinitely more useful Dark Bull H1445SD blade.
EVERY BLADER SHOULD OWN 1-2 OF THIS BEYBLADE, ASIDE FROM COLLECTION PURPOSES!!! Note: This beyblade uncustomized in my past experiences has actually been considered the first uncustomized zombie beyblade, due to the Poison Wheel, give it a try and have fun!!! My recommendation rate: 66% |
Energy Ring: Serpent
Weight: 2.9 grams
The color of this energy ring is a translucent dark green color. The ring has many notches which represents several snakes going in a circular motion and or Medusa's hair. Also in the anime it is said when in Defense Mode many serpents come out of this blade, and when in attack mode, Medusa comes out, somewhat reminds of Gravity Perseus, which is Reiji's Partner |
Fusion Wheel: Poison
Weight: 29.6 grams
The Poison Fusion Wheel has 15 spikes or blades surrounding it, somewhat like the Dark Fusion Wheel but with just 12 spikes or blades. This is similar to the Dark Wheel but the blades are curved in counterclockwise direction and produces a significantly amount of recoil. Also this wheel is pretty much thin throughout just like the Flame Fusion Wheel. The Poison Wheel may suffer from alot of errors and flaws in the beyblade world BUT, this beyblade is the first uncustomized blade to be a zombie (Depending what stadium you have) and requires a small or a stadium where no bumps or special effects occur to be successful. When handspun the poison wheel spinning in the opposite direction steals spin by using it's blades and steals spin from the opposing beyblade and using it to withstand the other one or outlasting it. This may not work ALL the time but should work majority of the times |
Spin Track: SW145 (Switch 145)
Weight: 4.2 grams
This Switch 145 track is very unique and is one of a kind. First off it has three wings which can be taken off to either have defense or attack properties. This can be done by pushing the main track itself from any side out and flipping the three wings the opposite way to possess one of these properties. In the beginning when this track is being switched in between modes, it may start to make a rattling or weird noise which then can fail the beyblade big time by severe stamina and defense loss. This track's wings are also shaped awkwardly and represents a fan-like shape. Though round tracks seem to work better for defense combos, when this track is put into defense mode, the tips face clockwise and in attack mode, counterclockwise direction. This may sound pretty good at first, but the effect is negligible. This is due to the wings being only about 1mm thick and do not provide enough protection against low attackers, due to a considerable large gap in between each wing and the metal wheel. Better tracks are AD145, GB145, C145, R145, BD145, or 230 for defense combos. For attack is 85, 90, 100, CH120, or T125

Performance Tip: SD (Semi-Defense)
Weight: 0.5 grams
Just as the D tip has a sharper point same goes with the SD tip when compared with the D tip. Before the release of the SD tip, The D tip, was the absolute best tip for stamina when SD had come, it overclassed it much quicker. SD is not able to wobble as much as D, so for this case D should be used over SD for defense customizations and for some stamina, but over that, WD should be chosen over D because of the wideness of the tip(which will be explained later below). The WD and SD tip are very close together that it is impossible which is better for stamina, but what is recommended for pure stamina is SD because it is a lighter tip while WD has decent stamina and pretty good defense. So the choice is up to you which bottom is best to YOU!!! Beyblades that have this part: -Poison Serpent SW145SD -Dark Bull H145SD -Nightmare Rex SW145SD |
