BB - 47 Earth Eagle/Aqulia 145WD
Earth
Eagle overall is a pretty good beyblade purchase. The earth fusion wheel is a
very good wheel as it can be used in defence and stamina customizations. There
are 2 different molds to the earth, which will be explained later in the
"Fusion Wheels list". Depending which brand you get(Hasbro OR Sonokong) you will either get earth mold 1 or
2 , hasbro comes with earth mold 2 and sonokong is 1. The difference will be
explained later on. Now the 145 track,
once again this is pretty much a useless track which will be hit and make the
beyblade attached to it lose balance. The WD Track is a very good tip for stamina
and defence customizations. Since it balances on one tip it will start to
lounge when it gets hit several times and when it starts losing spin, so to
this it is pretty effective as it again, if your lucky and how you use it knock
an opponent out of the stadium!!!
EVERY BLADER SHOULD OWN 2-4 OF THIS BEYBLADE!!! My Recommendation Rate: 83% |
Energy Ring: Eagle
Weight: 2.9 grams
The color of this energy ring was released in a translucent purple color, each side representing Eagle's pair of wings, and the notches on neither side representing Eagle's head. This energy ring was surprisingly to perfectly fit the fusion wheel Earth, with it's two notches fitting nicely over the smaller notches on the inside of the Earth wheel. This wheel represents an Eagle, which is Tsubasa's Partner. |
Fusion Wheel: Earth
Weight: 31 grams
|
The earth wheel has four thick, textured wings surrounding
it's perimeter, with each pair facing each other on a slight incline. The space
in between each are very small, resulting in less or no recoil at all. Although
this fusion wheel is on the lighter side of the wheels compared to others, it's
almost unperturbed circular design, and minimal recoil make it one of the best,
and if not, defense-oriented wheel currently available for competitive
competitions and play.
In some cases or most I should say, this can be used as a EXCELLENT alternative Stamina Customization compared to the Burn Fusion Wheel |
Mold Variations
The earth wheel has two different molds to it. The first mold was released with the BB-47 Starter Earth Aqulia 145WD. The second mold was released in both the WBBA "EVENT SPECIAL" MF Earth Aqulia 105HF/S, and the company SONOKONG manufactured Earth Fusion Wheels. However, TAKARA-TOMY has ceased since making the chances much much harder to obtain. The second mold was addressed breaking problems that the original mold faced by modifying the inside of the wheel on each "wing". The new mold is now three grams heavier than the old mold( 30-31 grams VS 33 grams on the new mold), making it significantly useful in defense customizations. Therefore, The recommendations are the first mold for stamina customizations and the second mold for defense customizations
Note: All Hasbro Earth Fusion Wheels are EARTH MOLD 2
This Fusion Wheel should be used in defense AND stamina combos as it holds two very special molds.

Spin Track: 145
Weight: 1.5 grams
The 145 track is the highest track up to date right now, alongside with some other choices such as: C145, DF145, ED145 etc. This is a very good track for stamina customs due to it's tall height, but as it starts losing spin velocity it will start wobblying , but that being said DF145 has almost the same effect, but has the added bonus "down force", which will be explained more looking down at the track itself. The 145 track, being as tall as it makes it susceptible to low attackers, but this should not be a drawback as stamina types usually don't verse attack bladers and mostly against other staminas or defenses. Beyblades that have this part: -Earth Eagle/Aqulia 145WD -Leone 145D -Rock Leone 145WB -Sagittario 145S -Basalt Horogium 145WD -Inferno Saggitario 145S |
Performance Tip: WD (Wide Defense)
Weight: 0.7 grams
The WD tip is the widest defense tip in the defense series.
This brings several different advantages, but at the same time, some
disadvantages. Because of it's massive width that reaches the edge of the tip's
perimeter, this will let the tip wobble at a significantly larger angle and for
a longer time than D and SD, but at a lower spin rate(called lunging). This
type of feature can have numerous advantages in battle, let's say two stamina
blades battle, and for instance say a Burn Fireblaze, both blades are about to
topple over and the beyblade with the WD bottom will get knocked out of the
stadium pretty easily due to wooblying at such a big angle, more friction is
made with the stadium floor, hence decreasing stamina. Occasionally, this is a
good thing as it starts lunging it the beyblade will possess the power to knock
out a opponent's beyblade due to the amount of force in the lunge and some
other stuff.
WD has some pretty good defense capabilities, but because it
uses a similar format as the sharp bottom, the friction is decreased, making
the beyblade that it is attached to it get knock around pretty easily compared
to WB which has no sharp tip of any kind. Also the WD tip has pretty good
stamina compared to WB and with some rare cases be an advantage, but with WB
more often doesn't have the right amount of stamina to outlast an attack or
stamina.
